Ingredients
- 8 oz 93% lean ground turkey
- 1 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- Pinch garlic powder & ginger powder
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
- Brown turkey in a non-stick pan, break up chunks (5 min).
- Stir in bell pepper; cook 3 min.
- Add soy, maple, vinegar, sesame oil, seasonings; simmer 2 min till glossy.
- Spoon into lettuce cups, top with green onion + sesame seeds.
