Ingredients
- 2 skin-on salmon fillets (4 oz each)
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 Tbsp butter + 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
- Season salmon; sear skin-side down in butter-oil mix, 3 min. Flip, add garlic; cook 3–4 min.
- Remove salmon; same pan → toss zoodles 1 min just to heat (keep ‘em crisp).
- Finish with lemon juice + parsley; plate under salmon.
