Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the thighs on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden and the skin is crispy.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These chicken thighs can be served with roasted veggies or rice. If using leftovers, they are great cold in salads or sandwiches. Add a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness after baking.
