  • 1 cup ranch dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup cooked bacon bits Add under the chicken if desired.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Use your favorite cheese like cheddar.
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs Optional for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the boneless chicken breasts into a baking pan.
  3. Season the chicken with pepper, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
  4. Smother each chicken breast in ranch dressing.
  5. Scatter bacon bits on top of the ranch-covered chicken, and tuck some under the chicken for extra flavor.
  6. Generously sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve over mashed potatoes or with steamed broccoli.

Notes
