- Heat a large pan or wok over high heat with a bit of oil.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Stir until cooked through and golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the chicken when it's nearly cooked and stir briefly to avoid burning.
- Add vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until just crisp.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, cornstarch, and a splash of water to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and mix well, allowing it to thicken for a minute.
- Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Don't overcrowd the pan to ensure crispness. Leftovers are great cold in salads. Try using different vegetables based on what you have on hand.
