Preparation and Cooking
- Heat a large pan or wok over high heat with a bit of oil.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan, cooking until it's golden brown.
- Add minced garlic when the chicken is nearly cooked and be careful not to burn it.
- Once the chicken smells fragrant, add chopped bell peppers and broccoli, mixing until veggies are crisp-tender.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and cornstarch with a little water, then pour over the chicken and veggies.
- Allow sauce to thicken, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Don't crowd the pan while cooking to ensure crispy chicken and veggies. You can substitute veggies based on what you have, and chicken leftovers are great in salads.
