Cooking Beef

Adding Vegetables
- Add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes until it becomes aromatic.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the sliced cabbage and cook until it wilts down.
Finishing Dish
- Add diced tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- If the mixture seems dry, pour in a splash of broth.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes or until the cabbage is tender to your liking.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
Notes
