Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain the grease.
- Toss in taco seasoning and water, stir until thick.
- Press the biscuit dough into a greased baking dish to make a crust.
- Layer the beef mixture over the biscuit dough.
- Add the tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers on top.
- Mix together mayo, sour cream, and half the cheese. Spread it over the veggies.
- Finish with the rest of the cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Great to pair with a salad, garlic bread, or hot sauce. Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
