Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning your favorite
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced mix up the colors
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise adds creaminess
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough easy to use
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain the grease.
  3. Toss in taco seasoning and water, stir until thick.
  4. Press the biscuit dough into a greased baking dish to make a crust.
  5. Layer the beef mixture over the biscuit dough.
  6. Add the tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers on top.
  7. Mix together mayo, sour cream, and half the cheese. Spread it over the veggies.
  8. Finish with the rest of the cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Great to pair with a salad, garlic bread, or hot sauce. Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
