  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers For freshness.

  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce Homemade is preferable for best flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Season the turkey with your choice of spices such as oregano, cumin, and a splash of lemon juice.
Assembly
  1. In serving bowls, layer the shredded lettuce as the base.
  2. Top the lettuce with cooked turkey, diced tomatoes, and cucumbers.
  3. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the top, or serve it on the side.

Notes

These bowls can be prepped in advance for quick weeknight dinners. Store toppings separately to maintain freshness. To enhance flavors, consider adding fresh herbs.
