Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound Fresh boneless salmon Skin off if preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or melted butter Butter offers great flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice For that kick
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh is great, powdered works in a pinch
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika For a hint of magic
  • to taste Salt Season to preference
  • to taste Black pepper Season to preference
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley or dill For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat salmon dry with paper towels and slice into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil or melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until coated.
Cooking
  1. For air fryer: Preheat to 400°F and cook salmon bites for about 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  2. For oven: Preheat to 425°F and bake salmon cubes on a tray for 10-12 minutes.
  3. For skillet: Heat on medium-high and cook salmon bites for about 5 minutes.
  4. Let salmon bites rest for a minute before serving.

Notes

Leftover salmon bites can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer for crispiness or in the microwave covered with a damp paper towel.
