Preparation
- Pat salmon dry with paper towels and slice into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil or melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until coated.
Cooking
- For air fryer: Preheat to 400°F and cook salmon bites for about 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- For oven: Preheat to 425°F and bake salmon cubes on a tray for 10-12 minutes.
- For skillet: Heat on medium-high and cook salmon bites for about 5 minutes.
- Let salmon bites rest for a minute before serving.
Notes
Leftover salmon bites can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer for crispiness or in the microwave covered with a damp paper towel.
